In-Office Procedures & Diagnostics

• In-Office Lab Services: Convenient drawing of routine bloodwork right in the office.
• Minor Surgical Procedures: Diagnostic and theraputic procedures such as biopsy and removal of skin lesions.
• Acute Illness Testing: On-site testing for common acute illnesses, including a 15-panel Respiratory Pathogen Test, allowing you to walk away knowing the results.
• IV Hydration: Therapeutic IV fluid administration available in the office for certain acute conditions.

Obstetrics (Maternity Care)

• Delivery Services: Dr. Wilson performs deliveries at Athens Limestone Hospital, ensuring a familiar face is with you through this special event.

Gynecologic & Preventive Care

• Annual Well-Woman Exams: Complete yearly physicals focused on women's health. This can include Cervical Cancer screenings and perfoming routine annual Pap Smears.
• Contraceptive Management: Comprehensive Birth Control Counseling and Management to help you find the right planning option.
• In-Office Procedures: We offer convenient insertion and removal of long-acting reversible contraceptives, including Nexplanon implants and various types of IUDs.

Dr. Wilson has been a provider in the Ardmore area since 2019. She graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor degree in Biomedical Sciences and the University of Alabama School of Medicine with her Medical Doctorate. She completed her residency training in family medicine in Muncie, Indiana before joining the Ardmore community.

Dr. Wilson specializes in family medicine which includes adult, pediatric, and prenatal care. Her OB patients will deliver at Athens Limestone Hospital. She is married to Christopher Wilson, and they have five children together. On her down time, she enjoys spending time with her family and playing with their dogs, cat, and chickens.

Ashley has been practicing nursing since 2016. She received her Bachelor's degree in 2019 from Binghamton University. Ashley graduated from the University of Alabama in Huntsville in 2024 with her Masters degree. She is from New York, but has been living in the Madison area for over three years.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband, daughters, and mini golden doodle, Milo. She loves coffee, good food, reading, and lazy days at home. Her passion is Women's Health.
